1. As a original genesis holder and long term investor of DM, Im curious to hear the opinion’s of the devs regarding the Totem and DMT liquidity pool prices and if they plan to add anymore liquidity to help prevent death spiral.From my experience with axies before the boom, average players where around 20,000. people flocked into it soon as they realized how much was to be made each week going well over 1mil users each day, there where lots of server issues and downtime after that but I believe this would be a good way to draw more people into the game, unfortunately it would be people looking to make quick $.
2. Are there any thoughts on adding more utility to our genesis cards?
(like increased breed rates or further reduced repair costs)

1. About liquidity and prices, we are deploying multi-chain now, and there are new liquidity pools coming soon in the future, and players can choose to withdraw to a specific chain in game. We are in a crypto bear market now, and experience has taught us that it is best not to fixate on price but focus on build.
2. Players with Genesis cards will have more rights and benefits than regular players, which have already been realized: DMT airdrop, discount for buying pre-sale new dragon NFT, and Gem NFT airdrop.
It is more like a status entitlement than a privilege. For improving breeding rate and reducing maintenance cost, we have given the same solution to all players, and it will not be changed specifically because of the Genesis card.
In the future, we still insist on bringing more benefits and rights to players with Genesis cards, so please keep an eye on the official community announcement, thanks.

1. We disclose the weekly report data every week, which lists the data of TOTEM, DMT, and active users, in fact, we can plot this curve by these data.
At the time of launch in March this year, we only had a few hundred active users, and now we are close to 5k. At first, TOTEM and DMT were only generated, not burned. Now, both TOTEM and DMT have more burning scenarios. Although the number of output minus the number of burning is still greater than 0 in the inflation phase, the difference is gradually shrinking. In the future, we are confident to bring the economic model into a real deflationary phase.
2. According to the current price of TOTEM and DMT, and the floor price of a dragon team, the return on investment cycle is expected to be 2~3 months. We as developers are more concerned about how to develop the product rather than calculating the ROI cycle. We believe that the data is the performance of the product, and in the future, we will continue to implement the plans and milestones of the white paper to make DragonMaster a simpler and easy-to-use web3 product. -Embedding wallet feature: Get access to fiat currency to buy cryptocurrency and NFT, breeding, gem synthesis and other on-chain features are implemented within the game.

3. We want players to be in a relaxed and happy state to play DragonMaster games.

Breeding is random and there is no 100% guarantee that you will get a certain dragon despite using all gems.
Frozen gems help increase the probability of getting a frozen dragon. You can see in the hatching interface what the probability of a Frozen Dragon is before and after using Frozen Gems, which helps you to determine the breeding result.

One of the attractions of reproduction is uncertainty. If it is 100% acquired, then any dragon will be able to be accurately costed and there will be no need to trade.

Other kinds of dragons also have a probability to be obtained.
Gems increase the probability of getting a certain type of dragon, not necessarily the type of dragon.

Gems are generated from treasure hunt and are used to increase the probability of breeding on chain.
You can choose to withdraw it on chain and turn it into gem NFT, which can be used for breeding, sold, and can be upgraded.
Of course, you can also recycle it directly in the game and get TOTEM.

It is not sensible for any investor to decide to invest in developers just because of a single update.
One of the reasons investors choose to invest is because they believe in the ability of the dev team to keep updating the product, keep innovating, and gradually build trust in the process.

This week was a huge wake up call for me. I started inviting new scholars to try and play DM and I can imagine how painful it is for new players to try out this game.On average they probably had 20% win rate. Anyone struggling like this would definitely not find the motivation to comeback. Previously the motivation was money, but that is no longer the case for sustainable NFT games. Some didn’t even want to play a second day despite the incentives I give for reaching 35 wins. And I have not even mentioned the sheer difficulty of getting people interested to try Dragon Master, which is really sad because I honestly find this game fun (just for a small group of people).
The onboarding process for beginners/new players are just terrible. I suggest the developers put themselves into the shoes of a new player. Go and create an account and pretend to be a new player. Open the game and play it. I did it recently and I was appalled by the experience. The tutorial is too short and doesn’t even let you play a full game against a beginner bot. After the tutorial, there was no guide on how to rent dragons. In fact there is no more guidance at all after the simplistic tutorial. The player is forced to play battle or ranked and force to be competitive from the start. And when they lose, they would have no idea why.
There is just no fun in the experience at all. Treasure hunt and lucky card means nothing to a new player, and yet so much effort was spent on those. There is no progression for beginners, no sense of fulfillment. No goals to achieve besides totem farming (which nobody wants anymore)
New players should be able to try the best parts of the game, just like how most games give a free demo or preview to their full content. Give new players an 1 day untradable/unrecycable special dragon trial card. Or let them earn it through a beginner quest system. Most mobile games have beginner quests/progression to help guide the player.Create something interesting with the free white dragons in the game. Maybe they can evolve into a random dragon after some quests are completed.
Have a fun pve/coop mode that gives casual players a good experience and also help them learn the game, instead of throwing them into pvp without a clue.
I hope the team learns to get its priorities right. All treasure hunt did was burn some totem which is very insignificant and I can safely say that with the current pace the new gameplay features are coming out, totem and dmt will go to almost zero and we won’t have players anymore.
I still stand by all my previous opinions on the competitive aspect of the game. But casual players and new players are even more important now.
And also, marketing is still shit. No official gameplay videos that I can even share with the new scholars to help them play better. Everything is contributed by the community. Where is the contribution from the team?

In fact, 3000 and 4000, they may just play 2~3 days more than 1000, it doesn’t mean he is necessarily stronger than 1000. The current score mechanism is not perfect, we will improve this problem in S9.
