1.I suggest that we can only use same dragons like the free drags we got so it will be more based on skills so that have bad teams can perform better and if this don’t work just add new gameplay that have all white and other one is different teams in loot arena.2.About the chicken is it possible to spawn random in loot or other things so players will play the game and the items they got can be sold ingame market.
3.about the update etc. is it possible to annouce it first when and what time is it because some of us is wasting energy and its gonna be problem because some of us is in top.
4.Is it possible like to make an animation about the dragon master and spread it around so more investors/players will be interested about the game best for marketing and make an event about making arts or animation about dragon master it will help to spread the words about dragon masters
5.About the power up when you got it some text will pop up and its hard to see where is the next power up is it possible it to move somewhere else or a little higher or lower

- Currently, the Looting Arena is a matchmaking priority based on similarity of lineups. Your suggestion may be fairer for new players, and we will consider it.
- Regarding the chicken, we hope it is obtained through the quest system or the upcoming treasure hunt system, rather than randomly generated, it should be worth more.
- About the update, the fact that we have informed the community in advance of the time, we try to be specific to a certain day, but if the request is a certain hour or minute, we can hardly do it, because it is a teamwork thing, we must ensure that the updated features released without any issues.
- This is a good idea, and we welcome the community and players to come together to join.

1. Can you explain how does trophy rewards earn? Is it from mmr? But if you say from the dragons, if we fight along with a meta team but we aren’t using a meta team, then we are supposed to earn higher trophy. Please enlighten us about how trophy rewarda are being earned.
2. And also, kindly explain why I didn’t earn the same trophy as the other battle. I will be really upset if you will say it is based on the opponent’s dragons (because it’s not balanced and it’s unfair).
- The trophy reward has nothing to do with the opponent’s dragon team, but with the score of the matched players.
- The system will divide the matched opponents into normal range and cross-sectional range. For normal range victory, you will get 30 trophies. If you win with a low score, you will get an extra trophy. If you win with a high score, you will get less trophies than the normal reward. As in the screenshot, the match where you get the 32 trophy, you are in the cross-sectional range of low score wins over high score. A match with 30 trophies is a win in the normal range.
Indeed, the comparison of the results seen in the screenshot does not make sense, we will work on this issue and thank you for your feedback.

Private/Public Investor Funding Questions
Last AMA I asked about whether you guys have any funding and this is the answer you gave:
Dragon Master raised $1.125M in seed sale in early Q2 2021, and the current investor we have revealed is Damo Labs, also we established strong contact with Polygon Studio last year, and we got the grant! Not to say that we subsequently became one of the first IndiGG-supported games.
I would like to ask, did you or any third party release any article about getting investment from Damo Labs? I tried to search online, including Damo Labs website, but could not find any information on this. If not, could you post some information on this?
And I would like to more details about the grant from Polygon Studio. Is it referring to the funding from Damo Labs?
And one more observation: from the whitepaper, the figure mentioned is $2.5M which is different from the $1.125M answer you gave. Also there is no Damo Labs under the partners/investors list (screenshot below)

Regarding our investors, there are individuals and institutions, who want to keep a low profile and mystery at this stage, and also want us to focus on product development without carrying too much glamor, waiting for the right time they will take the initiative to disclose this information officially, and we respect their opinions.
General Questions/Feedback
1. I have no doubts about the development team so far, they have been brilliant in delivering the roadmap and have also done well in fixing recent bugs in the server. However I felt that communication can still improve. It appears to me that the team is heavily leaned towards game development, but there is no/very small PR/marketing/communications team as of now. Is there a plan to hire more staff to fill these gaps? It will be nice to have someone in the official team make announcements before a new update, or a maintenance period, and also to address the public when the server/website is down due to whatever reason. I believe many others echo the same thoughts as well. One thing I think that you guys have done well on this front is the regular medium articles following every new update or event
2. What are the current marketing plans? I heard from a friend that you are trying to contact content creators to promote the game. I think the recent free 2 play addition should be a positive effect too.
3. If the game starts to become more popular, especially because of free 2 play allowing more players to play, will the server infrastructure be able to handle the increased server load?
4. Will the number of totem/dmt burned from loot arena be included in the weekly data?

There are things we are not doing enough of, and as you said on the PR/Marketing/Communications work, we will be putting more staff to improve this, and we welcome the community to join us and let’s build together.

3.Good question, about 3 years ago, our development team had the capacity to host 2 million players online at the same time.

1. Is there an ETA for practice arena, friendly battles, and 2v2 arena?
2. Suggestion: themed loot arenas will be fun, and more fair 😄 For example, Monday we can have all bloodlust, tuesday all armor and so on. It is also the perfect arena to release a sneak peek of new dragons before releasing them 🙂
3. Is there any progress on Demon Dragon rework/buff? Or is it still on the backlog?

About the looting arena, this AMA we received a lot of suggestions and feedback from users, of course this is just the beginning, we will still keep improving the looting arena to make it more perfect! - It is in the queue, please don’t hurry, we are updating it in order.
4. Suggestion: Have more sales in the future similar to the lucky dragon box sale that you had. As long as the game is fun and addictive, these will always sell out and it will generate very important revenue for the game. With that extra revenue you can do anything. Beyond paying operational expenses, if there is any leftover it could be used to buyback and burn totem/dmt. People and even other developers often say that buybacks are just temporary measures, especially if done once, which is true. However, for an online game and its development team to survive, the most important thing is consistent revenue. Traditionally, games are able to do this because they make the game fun and addictive, attracting the whales to spend on a regular basis. If an NFT game can achieve this, the tokenomics, even if inflationary or flawed, wouldn’t be a big issue because the high revenue can be used to buyback the tokens or save the economy in other ways whenever it is needed.
On the other hand, if the game is terrible, even the perfect economy will not save an NFT/play 2 earn game. A game can have a million burning mechanisms, but if nobody uses them they are useless. This has been proven in a few notable games. Pegaxy focused on adding burning mechanisms and reducing VIS mint rate, but the game did not become anymore fun. In fact some even question whether it is a game. The economy did not improve at all and is still worsening. Another game which I recently played, was Stepn. They released new burn mechanisms recently including fusing of shoes to upgrade to a higher rarity. But let’s face it, it is still a walking/jogging game people play just to earn money. We already have games that require moving around which are 1000x more fun like pokemon go.
Stepn can add a million more burn mechanisms but without adding more fun to the game, I don’t see any hope for the economy. These games also have nobody willing to spend money in exchange for fun, and therefore no revenue for the game once the economy has died and everyone playing for the money leaves.
Another suggestion if releasing new dragons/content: besides selling boxes, we can have temporary breeding events with higher chance of breeding the new dragon. This will encourage breeding and totem burn.
Also regarding dragon burning (if it is still in the plans), make it fun and interesting 🙂 Get ideas from the community too
I’m sure there are many more ideas that can be taken from established non nft games that we could apply here in dragon master 😄

We strongly agree with you, the first special dragon campaign, we have felt the strong support power of our players, this is an great attempt for us to explore, and to thank the community for your trust and support, we are willing to use all the income from this campaign to buy back and burn TOTEM/DMT. The money is not much, but this is our sincere intention.
Of course, this is one of the sources of revenues for our team in the future. For this reason, we are more determined than anyone to do a good job with DragonMaster!
For the upcoming release of new dragons in Q3, we will be selling limited boxes in addition to a temporary breeding campaign to allow players to experience them sooner.
This is a lesson learned from non-NFT games and will be an innovative advantage that sets us apart from StepN and Pegaxy.
5. There was an introduction to the inventory system with the ‘chicken’ airdrop after server maintenance 2 days ago. What are the future plans for this system? (It is very nice to see by the way 😄 ) perhaps we don’t actually need a dragon burning system. Something like sending 5 dragons on a quest to get items will be cool!
6. Suggestion for making all classes of dragons more useful: dragon synergies. I got this idea from teamfight tactics. For example maybe having 1 judgement and 1 prickly in a team can give u a special bonus. You already tried to do a version of this with the full family bonus, but it is not flexible and people can’t be creative. Hence, we can expand it to a mix of 2 or more classes of dragons 🙂
5. Yes, as we answered in the question #1, the chicken we hope players to get through the quest system or the upcoming treasure hunt system.
The treasure hunt system will be an interesting mechanic, which will randomly produce chicken, avatars, avatar frames, emojis, skin NFTs, gem NFTs, skill NFTs, etc.

Maybe we need to introduce the dragons’ background stories, with bonds between them, and it would be more interesting if they fought together and gained synergy!

In the future there may be an altar feature where players can sacrifice their unwanted dragons to gain some mysterious gifts.
