1. When doing multiple transactions in a row back to back sometimes the nounce will duplicate and the causing the transacation to be stuck and we are left having to wait about 30 minutes for this to clear is there anyway to resolve this as when you click cancel it won’t allow as the nounce was already used it says. Secondly sometimes when the market is spiking and you accelerate a transacation but the gas is still too low we are stuck now with no way to cancel or accelerate again is there a way to help clear or adjust these type of transacations?

2. People are starting to get far along on their stakings and one has even fully cleared with a full SSS comp so I think we really need to look at the release of the betwitched dragon or higher tiers of classes to be introduced as to encourage these people to burn more DMT and reach higher goals.

3. I have some suggestions of possible future dragons for both special and family that I felt like sharing.

Special dragon suggestions:
Reinforcements dragon — size S — when dropped your 2 or 3 pending dragons become available to drop even if they were not ready
Ninja dragon size — S — can change tracks once to a horizontal track
Inspirational dragon — size M — When this dragon is dropped it inspires all dragon in the lane to win increases each dragons weight by 10 in that lane
Ghost dragon — size XL — Dragon is invisible until it comes in contact with your own dragon or enemy dragons in lane

Family Dragon Suggestions:
Revenge Dragons — revenge dragons gain dragon for every dragon that hits your base while they are on the track — XL dragon damage is increased by 1 damage per enemy dragon that has hit your base while it is on the track — L dragon is 2 — M dragon is 3 and S dragon is 4 — Family dragon bonus the damage for each size is increase by 1 — Values are a guide line

Family — Poison dragon — dragons apply a poison that stacks if make it to the other side stacking by 1 damage per a dragon and the different sizes have different times that it resets the timer if it is lower then the time that they apply but does not extend it when they go through XL resets the timer to 3s-3.5s depending on roll — L is 3.5s-4.0s — M is 4.0s-4.5s and S is 4.5s-5.0s with family buff being increase the timers by 30% — Values are a guide line

1. Yes, we are optimizing the Polygon transaction issue:
- Reducing the waiting time: from 30 minutes to 15 minutes, beyond which the DM wallet will discard the transaction.
- Since the cost of Gas on the Polygon network changes so much, every time a transaction is accelerated or canceled, we will make sure that we get the latest Gas price multiple times in real time to make sure that players process the transaction as soon as possible.

2. Yes, staking is a great feature and we hope to attract more players to NFT staking. And, we will be launching Betwitch Dragon as soon as possible in the near future!

3. Your suggestion is very good, we will soon release new dragons to enrich the game’s combat gameplay and NFT collection!

I want to ask why the withdrawal needs to be checked before it allows means this game is centralized? How can you attract an investor if this game is centralized?

Withdrawal reviews are meant to be responsible for all players in the community. If there were no review whatsoever, and if a vulnerability was found, then Dragon Master’s game economy system would crash and dive overnight and the game would die.

Withdrawal reviews are usually done within 24 hours and occasionally within 48 hours, which I don’t think Dragon Master does a bad job of compared to other Web3 games.

Normal investors won’t refuse to invest because withdrawals need to be reviewed, they value security and stability more. On the contrary, hackers or malicious players prefer the game to have no censorship whatsoever, as it favors them to profit by illegal means.

Yes, regarding the Polygon transaction, we are working on it, please give us two days.

Also, if you batch breed and synthesize NFTs, it is recommended to do it on the TCG network as it has no Gas fees and is fast. Then batch crosslink to Polygon, which will save a lot of time.

Currently, there are no new staking plans for the TCG network at this time.

In order to utilize the unnecessary gems in the wallet, and increase the burning of Totem and DMT. There can be a random converter function. Once the gem is turned on, it will change into other gems with a certain probability (the number of times and the probability can be limited). Somewhat similar to burn NFT

1. Two A-dragons synthesized can get 100% SS-dragons

Answer: We checked the smart contract code and found that this is not a code bug, but a quality value calculation formula bug. currently, this special case only occurs when two Spiny Dragons are synthesized, now, we fixed this quality value calculation formula issue, and it won’t occur again.

2. Breeding with two quick clicks in a row, you can get 2 eggs 100%, but only consume 1 cost.

Answer: We checked your DM wallet breeding records and did not find this issue, each breeding requires 1 cost. It won’t consume only 1 time fee due to quick click or network concurrency, which is not in line with the smart contract specification. When Is the adjustment for the game resolution settings will be available?
I noticed the animation is getting heavy for a standard device which cause a lag issue every time there is an opponent of Freeze and a Demon.

This is an issue I’ve found that I don’t need to develop a new feature, it’s supported now. Solution Steps:

1. delete the Metamask wallet via email secure captcha
2. then rebind the new Metamask wallet

The combination of these two steps is what switches the Metamask wallet functionality.

I think three games per day is not enough just to avoid trophies decaying. Most of the players on the top of the leaderboard are just playing three games per day to avoid having their trophies deducted just to be safe for their placement on the leaderboard. This is not even a competitive game anymore. So I am suggesting increasing it at least to five games per day.

I know. You don’t click log in via Metamask wallet, that option is for old players who got their accounts back before the DM wallet was released.

Since the old players, before that, didn’t have their email tied to them, they could only log in through the Metamask wallet.

You can retrieve your password and log into your old e-mail account. Then go to your personal center and update your new email address.
