DM is no doubt a great Play-to-Earn game and I’ve grown to love it despite some issues here and there. A lot of questions had been asked about the “Play” part — like how to make the game more exciting and fun again and whatnot. What about the “Earn” part? What are the measures/plans/course of actions being done to address this? While I enjoy playing, I would also like to see some semblance of a visible movement in terms of getting through towards the much coveted ROI aside from the leaderboard and the seasonal tournaments. Let me chip in here. Sad to say there’s really no control over the ‘earn’ part. For the early investors to ROI we literally need 2021/2022 to be back again. Right now we don’t even have player growth and marketplace volume is so bad that the marketplace fees they collect is probably less than the minimum wage of most people. Even if they wanted to reward early investors they have to do it from their own pocket, which is probably the funding they got from their 2021 fund raising, hence they won’t do that now because like I mentioned DM is not earning enough money at all for them now so they need all the remaining funds to develop the game and hopefully the game becomes popular before funds run out. They can reward us with airdrops and DMT but how much we get from them also depends on market conditions and player demand.

Yup, if the game and ecosystem is good it can at least be as successful as axie is now. Axie investors who bought at the peak will probably never roi but their game is sustainable now at least with decent marketplace activity and good branding.

1. Regarding “Play,” we are pleased that DragonMaster brings you joy, and this is what motivates us as developers to continually improve the game.The deployment of multi-chain has been completed, and next, we will focus on innovating gameplay to bring more new changes to the community and players.

2. Regarding “Revenue,” I have checked that the total market revenue since DragonMaster went live is 5.64 ETH, which is even less than the monthly salary expenses of the development team. Although the team’s current income is low, please don’t worry about us. We persist in developing DragonMaster because we believe in the vision of Web3.0 games, and we will strive to live longer and wait for market confidence to return.

3. Regarding “Earning,” our principle is to let players earn money first and developers come last, always prioritizing players. In May, we will launch the “Growth Flywheel” system, allowing players to earn rewards through multiple ways.

For the airdrop later, what are we going to see in the website to know if we qualify?

We will update the website once the AMA is over, at which point you will be able to go to the Airdrop page in your personal centre and see that if you are eligible, the number of claims is greater than 0

I have a suggestion:

Can we Buff prickly, give option for suicide to deal spike damage to enemy. Like even before dropping it on the battlefield, there will be an option for it to be double clicked so it automatically sends spikes to the enemy. This would encourage players to use that team against armor dragons. It’s not an overpowered change but it will surely give prickly a higher chance to win against armored dragons if used right.

Buff life dragon a bit, for every dragon regardless of size that makes it to the enemy base +1 hp will be regenerated to you. This is not much to cause game imbalance because all throughout the game there’s an average 40–50 dragons making it through so that’s like an additional+40 life in a game if all your dragons make it through. This would also live up to its name as a life dragon.

first of all I want to appreciate your hardwork and dedication to this community. thank you for the latest updates and congratulations for your partnership with meter.

we need to admit that these changes improve our confidence to keep playing this game.
as a player i wanna hightlight your achievement imo:
1. Last tournament was incredible, a lot of players enjoy the excitement eventhough most of them didnt win.
2. You success in building a ‘real community’.
— Chat room ingame allow us to connect with other player and it always fun to interact with them after playing.
— Also, Your Mods always be present for players, they always help us when in need
3. Your Partnership with Meter excites us, giving us hope to see a better economy in this game

however, there are several issues that need to be changed or upgraded.
I wanna ask you bout things next to come. including land and upgrades. could you give us several plans? or maybe timeline? thank you.

Thank you for your affirmation, I share with the community some thoughts and ideas about the land plan (not the final plan)

Some thoughts on land:
Most of the projects on the market nowadays don’t incorporate land into the game. If we are going to do it, we have to find a viable solution and put it into practice, changing players’ perception of Web3 games with innovation and proving the potential of Web3 games with action.

1. Land is a space, a scene, a server. To describe it simply, it is like a server for a PC game, and then goes in as a 3D metaverse scene. The player has an avatar in there that can walk around, open a shop and play games.

2. First of all, the first concept of the land is the server. The server has to do with the number of players online, it has a cap, for example if this server (the land) has a lot of people online, then its state should be crowded. If the number of online users is low, the state is idle. Here, online players are also a resource, and this resource is linked to the land attribute. The value of land, is the value of traffic!

If suddenly the player growth is fast and all servers (land) are not enough, then the official will open up more land for players to grab. This process is the same process that PC games used to use to expand their independent servers.

3. Next, we have to address why players buy servers (land) and what is the use of them?
We tell the players that the player traffic on this server all belongs to you, and the value they generate is split with you. For example, if a player plays TOTEM in your land, you will get a 10% share ……, players participate in treasure capture spending in your land, you also get a share ……, players open a shop in your land to trade props, you also get a share …… players trade NFT in your land, you also get a cut ……

Such a land is so attractive and has so much potential that as a player I’m tempted.
4. Finally, an extended demand for:
① Servers (land) and servers (land) will compete for traffic with each other. For example, if we develop some auxiliary functions so that the land holder, can drop random props such as chicken legs, TOTEM, DMT on his land to attract other players to his land to play the game, then he will have revenue.

② The land holder, can create his own campaign to reduce the percentage of tax collected on his land for a limited time. If it is set to no tax, then a large number of players will flock in, which is an operational way to grab traffic.

③ Expand and upgrade your land. Collect materials from the game and pay a lot of TOTEM and DMT to upgrade the land to support accommodating a larger amount of users, as well as unlocking more entitlement features. There are many ways to play with the growth line here.
