Bridge your DMT and TOTEM tokens across different chains!

Interoperability has been one of the biggest challenges facing blockchain technology. Since most blockchains operate in silos, making it difficult to transfer data, assets and information between them. As more and more blockchains emerge, the communication and transactions between them become more and more important.

In this background, we are pleased to announce that the DragonMaster official website has now officially adopted LayerZero technology to support the cross-chain transfer of our tokens, so as to achieve maximum cross-chain operability.

Several advantages by adopting LayerZero:

  1. Efficient cross-chain transfer: LayerZero provides an efficient cross-chain transfer mechanism that can quickly and safely transfer our tokens from one blockchain to another without complex operations and procedures.
  2. Scalable network architecture: LayerZero’s network architecture can adapt to network load and transaction volume to ensure network scalability and stability
  3. Secure transaction processing: LayerZero uses a proof-of-stake (PoS)-based consensus mechanism to increase transaction processing speed and network security.

Next, let’s learn about LayerZero and token cross-chain tutorial~

Introduction to LayerZero

LayerZero is an omnichain interoperability protocol designed for lightweight message passing across chains and enables the realization of cross-chain applications with a low level communication primitive. LayerZero provides authentic and guaranteed message delivery with configurable trustlessness.

Cross-chain tutorial in LayerZero

Bridge your DMT and TOTEM tokens across different chains thanks to our custom LayerZero bridge solution.

Preparation before cross-chain

1. Add network

Now add your Meter Chain and Polygon network to your MetaMask before cross-chain.

Network Name: Meter Chain

RPC URL: https://rpc.meter.io

Chain ID: 82

Symbol: MTR

Block Explorer URL: https://scan.meter.io/

Network Name: Polygon Mainnet

RPC URL: https://rpc-mainnet.matic.network

Chain ID: 137

Symbol: MATIC

Block Explorer URL: https://polygonscan.com/

2. Add token

Add the DMT and TOTEM contract addresses of the Meter chain and the Polygon chain respectively in MetaMask. You can click “Contract” on the upper right to add tokens.

3. Gas fee

Please make sure there is enough gas in the wallet to pay the cross-chain transaction fee. You can click “Contract” at the top right of the page to purchase the transaction fee.

Guide: Transfer DMT/TOTEM from Polygon to Meter

Step 1: Click “Connect Wallet”

Step 2: Click “Switch network” and allow the protocol to use your tokens (DMT/TOTEM)

Step 3: Select transfer direction, token, amount

Select the transfer direction from Polygon to Meter. After setting, please confirm you have selected the correct transfer direction again. Then, select the token (DMT/TOTEM) that needs to be transferred, and enter the amount of token you want to transfer.

Step 4: Confirm the Destination Address

After connecting the wallet, your wallet address will be displayed automatically. (It can be manually modified to other addresses)

Step 5: Gas Fees and Estimated Returns

This will display the Polygon fee generated by the cross-chain through the LayerZero protocol, as well as the amount of DMT transferred to Meter.

Step 6: Start cross-chain

After confirming, click “Bridge”.

Step 7: Click the “Contract” button above to see the contract address we deployed. You can also quickly add tokens to your wallet, and purchase DMT and TOTEM from Uniswap and Voltswap.

Step 8: In MetaMask Wallet, click “Activity” and click “

Copy transaction ID”, you can view the status of the LayerZero cross-chain activity this time.

Guide: Transfer DMT/TOTEM from Meter to Polygon

If you want to transfer DMT/TOTEM from Meter to Polygon, you can follow the steps above, but don’t forget to change the transfer direction in Step 3 to cross-chain from Meter to Polygon. (Note: Please make sure you have enough MTR to pay the bridge fee)

The above is this cross-chain tutorial, we hope it will be helpful to you! If you have other questions, please join the community to ask.
