DragonMaster Paid Rental Function Release!

Paid Rental Introduction

The DragonMaster rental market NOW supports paid rental! This change will diversify the income of Dragon NFT holders when the rental varies. In Paid Rental, NFT holders can list their idle Dragon NFTs in the rental market at a fixed price to get rent or revenues, and DMT will be used as rent payment. After the player pays the rent, he can use the Dragon NFT in game battles, and all revenue generated from the Dragon NFT goes to the player.

Paid Rental Rules for NFT owners

Rent and Payments

1. Select the Dragon NFT for rent, set the daily rent (DMT), and list it on the rental market.

2. The default rental time is long-term, so no need to set rental time. After one contract period ends, the NFT will be automatically relisted on the rental marketplace.

3. In order to protect both sides, the rent will be temporarily kept in the system custody during the rental period. When the rental period ends, the payment will be transferred to the NFT owner account.

Rental Listing and Exit

1. When your DragonNFT is listed on the rental market, it cannot be used in game battles, even if no one rents it.

2. If you want to exit from NFT renting, you can choose the Normal Exit or Emergency Exit.

In Normal Exit, the dragon NFT will be delisted after the current rental period ends, then the rent goes to the NFT owner’s account.
In Emergency Exit, the rental period would be ended and the dragon NFT would be delisted from the market immediately, then the rent goes to the NFT owner’s account after deducting 5% penalty fee.

3. You can edit the daily rental price at the page of Manage Rentals.

Penalty

1. Exit from the rental before the contract ends will cost the NFT owner a penalty.

2. Transferring or selling the renting dragon will cost the NFT owner a penalty.

3. The system will try to repair Dragon NFT durability at 4:00AM UTC every day, which will consume the NFT owner’s TOTEM. When durability is reduced to 0 and there is not enough TOTEM balance for the repair, it will be considered that the NFT owner exits from the rental before the contract ends and will cost him a penalty.

(Whenever there’s an abnormal exit from the renting contract, 5% of penalty will be charged from the rent)

Paid Rental Rules for Players

Renting Payments

1.DMT would be used as a payment asset in the Paid Rentals.

2.The payment of Paid Rentals must be paid once and for all. In order to protect both sides, the rent will be temporarily kept in the system custody during the rental period. When the rental period ends, the payment will be transferred to the NFT owner account.

After Renting

1.The rental payment is not refundable, so the player cannot exit from the rental contract until the contract ends.

2. The player can rent as many dragon NFTs as he likes in paid rental.

3.During the rental period, if the NFT owner exits from the contract in advance, the player only needs to pay the rent according to the actual days (the payment can be exempted if the rental period lasts less than one day), the system will refund the rest payment to the player’s account.

4.During the rental period, the revenue generated from the dragon goes to the player, and the owner would not get any share.
