DragonMaster Season 8 will start at 04:00UTC, December 5th! In view of the discussion of the last season, we have adjusted the rules of this season. Let’s check the specific changes and prepare for the next battle.
Regarding the Season 8
Add RANK and BATTLE entrance
RANK (PVP only)
RANK entrance. Players who want to hit the S8 leaderboard need to fight here. After winning the battle, they will receive trophies and TOTEM rewards (using free white dragons can only get trophies).
1. Changes in the number of trophies in RANK battles:
- Victory: Earn 30 trophies.
- Lose: 10 trophies will be deducted.
2. After the RANK battle is won, TOTEM changes:
3. You can play 30 games in Rank at most per day, consuming 1 point of energy each time. After 30 battles, the entrance will be closed and you cannot fight again. (The number of battles in RANK will be reset at 04:00UTC of the next day)
4. If you have not enough energy, please add your energy by purchasing energy, drawing in Treasure Hunt, or using energy props.
5. About props
- Trophy Double Card: Banned
For the fairness in the S8, the Trophy Double Card will be banned. Players who have these props are required to recycle.
- Rank protection card: Available
Rule adjustment: Players need to choose whether to use the Rank protection card before the battle. If you choose to use this prop, a Rank protection card will be consumed regardless of whether you win or lose the next battle(Rank protection card will not be consumed in BATTLE).

RANK leaderboard
- Ranking time: 04:00UTC, Dec 5 ~ Jan 10
- The leaderboard will be ranked according to the number of trophies.
- The total prize pool is up to 242,000 DMT, and the top 1,000 players can share it. The reward will be released as mDMT, 1DMT=1000mDMT.
BATTLE (PVP and PVE)
Ordinary battle entrance, unlimited number of battles per day, you can fight in BATTLE if your energy is available, and you can only get TOTEM rewards after victory (using free white dragons can’t get rewards) but no trophies. Players who want to get trophies and hit the season leaderboard need to enter the RANK entrance to participate in the battle.

- The leaderboard will be ranked according to the Totem that players have won in battles (BATTLE and RANK). The more victories you have in battles, the more Totem you will get, and the greater chance you will have to hit the leaderboard.
- TOTEM earned from daily task, Treasure Hunt, recycling props, etc. will not be included in the ranking.
- 100% of the TOTEM obtained by using the paid rental dragon team will be included in the ranking; By using the free rental dragon team, the player’s share obtained after the victory is included in the ranking, and the TOTEM share obtained by the manager and the guild is not included in the ranking.
- The top 1,000 players will be rewarded with TOTEM. The TOTEM of the bonus comes from a part of the total profit (consumption — recovery) of the treasure hunt during the season. As time goes by, the more participants in Treasure Hunt, the more lucky draws, the more bonuses you get from the BATTLE ranking, and the more rewards are distributed to individuals!

What are the rules for Season 8?
In the game, players need to summon a dragon team, including S/M/L/XL, enter the RANK mode and start fighting. Players who win the battle will receive 30 trophies, and 10 trophies will be deducted if they lose. These trophies will be included in the season leaderboard, the more trophies you have, the higher you will be ranked. (The leaderboard can be viewed on the DragonMasterAPP homepage)

Is it easy for newbie players to “enter” the game?
All can participate in the season. After entering the game, new players will get a free set of white dragons (S/M/L/XL) which can be used for in-game battles, and the number of trophies obtained after victory will be included in the leaderboard. Everyone can join DragonMaster with 0 cost!

What is the gameplay?
There are 4 sizes of dragons, S / M / L / XL. The bigger the size, the heavier the weight, the weaker the attacking power. The dragons will compete on the battlefield of 5 tracks,where both players can choose the tracks to send out the dragons based on their strategies. When in battle, the larger weight dragons can push the lighter ones to the end of the track and cause damage to the pushed player’s HP . When one player’s HP hits zero, the winner will be announced.

How to improve the winning rate?
To improve your winning rate in DragonMaster, dragons are important. Different dragons have different skills. Players can explore their skills and learn game strategies through battles or the community to improve the winning rate.

How will the rewards be released after the season ends?
After the season ends, rewards will be sent to your game account by email within 24 hours according to your ranking, 1DMT=1000mDMT.

What is energy?
Players need to consume 1 energy per battle, and the energy limit depends on the number of dragons you own.
Players with 0~12 dragons will have 20 energy;
Players with 13~32 dragons will have 25 energy;
Players with more than 33 dragons will have 30 energy.

What is durability?
Each dragon has its own durability, and each battle will consume 0.5. When the dragon’s durability is 0, it will not be able to battle, and you need to use TOTEM to restore the dragon’s durability.
